Our Programs

Social Learning Program - Early Learners

  • The group is facilitated by Ontario Certified Teachers, Educational Assistants and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. 
  • This program is ages 3-7 and focuses on teaching social skills through naturalistic play opportunities. From learning turn-taking, waiting, sharing, tolerating peers and initiating play; your child will have the chance to practice these skills in a low-ratio setting.
  • Maximum of 8 children per group
  • 3:1 ratio (3 learners:1 facilitator)

School-Age Program

  • Grade 1-6
  • Our School Age program is for children ages 5-11 who attend a school program, but require additional support.
  • Facilitated by Ontario Certified Teachers, Educational Assistants and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. Our team works closely with the schools to ensure a comprehensive program for your child.
  • This program is offered on Monday-Friday from 12:30-3:30pm
  • After care available

Youth Learners

  • Tuesdays from 5:00 pm- 6:00 pm.
  • This group focuses on perspective taking, conversation skills, emotional regulation, building & maintaining friendships & more! 
  • Wednesday Girls Group from 5:30-6:30 pm. This group focuses on functional communication, building and maintaining relationships. self-esteem, self-regulation and positive affirmations. 

Kindergarten Preparation Program

  • Facilitated by Ontario Certified Teachers, Educational Assistants and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. Our kindergarten preparation program focuses on foundational skills such as transitions, following a schedule, social skills, self-regulation, as well as pre-academic skills (introduction to colours, number, shapes, letters & more!).
  • This program is offered Monday-Friday from 8:30-11:30 or 9:00-11:30
  • Daycare Consultations are also available.

Parent & Caregiver Coaching

  • At Early Learning ABA, we never lose sight of the significant role you have to play in your child’s development.
  • Whether you receive online or centre-based in-person coaching, our methods and goals remain the same. We’ll coach you on how to develop and implement ABA teaching tools and strategies that are most appropriate for your child, as well as help you recognize the many teachable moments in your child’s everyday life.

1:1 ABA Individual ABA Therapy

  • At Early Learning ABA we have extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families – using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to develop the appropriate program for your child and family. After our initial evaluation, if it is determined that your child requires a more comprehensive and intensive program, we’ll work together with you and your family to create specific goals. 

  • Our fully-customized, comprehensive program will help your child develop and expand their skills across a number of different areas. And we’ll do it in a fun and engaging way at our Centre in Orleans to keep your child motivated throughout the learning process. 

  • We do not believe in a static approach to treatment – rather ours is a flexible and responsive approach to your child’s needs. We closely monitor your child and through direct data collection make treatment decisions on a regular basis. And we report to you frequently on your child’s progress and encourage your active participation in your child’s treatment. To this end, we can provide parent and caregiver coaching – either online or in person – so that you’ll have the tools and confidence you need to focus on the goals that are most important for your family.

Occupational Therapy

  • Self-Care: Focusing on activities such as hygiene skills, feeding, dressing, toileting, and sleeping.
  • Leisure: Focusing on activities such as participation in sports, riding a bike, and engaging in hobbies.
  • Productivity: Focusing on activities such as handwriting, organization, school and daycare tasks.

  • Toilet training can be challenging but Early Learning ABA can help! We will complete an assessment and develop an individualized toilet training program for you. We will then help you through the toilet training process with the individualized support that you need. We offer three toilet training schedules to suit your family's needs.
